The bathing experience
1
Book to secure your date and time.
While we do accept walk-ins, booking in advance will ensure you are able to visit at your preferred time. This is because we have a maximum capacity of guests able to bathe at any one time.
2
Arrive 15 minutes before your schedule booking time.
Arriving prior to your booking will allow you plenty of time to check in, hire any items you need from reception, shower and store your belongings in the changerooms.
3
Allow 2 hours for bathing.
You can bathe for as little or as long as you like, but we recommend that around two hours of bathing is optimal. This provides ample time to explore our seven pools and other bathing experiences.
4
Take the benefits of bathing with you.
You might like to shower before leaving us — or leave the mineral-rich water on your skin as you embark on your next journey. The benefits of bathing will last beyond your visit with us.
